Joining us for the talk via Hangouts will be Abishek Das, Head of Engineering at Onera. Onera is an early-stage San Francisco-based technology company that aims to use discrete algorithms and machine learning to help some of the largest multi-channel retailers solve real-time optimization problems. The technical co-founder graduated with a Ph. D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon and built several real-world applied algorithms previously at Facebook, BloomReach and Google.
